He noted that this move will enhance the revenue of the transport department. The officials of the Truck Operators and Transporters Association acknowledged that this decision was long-awaited and termed it as historic. They mentioned that this will bring great relief and happiness to both drivers and vehicle owners. The change is expected to improve the ease of movement within the state and increase revenue while ultimately reducing transportation costs, benefiting the general public.
