Bhopal: Hindi is a powerful medium of public relations, enabling effective communication and fostering connections. Social media has transformed Hindi into a global communication tool. As Hindi-speaking people, we can connect with the masses only by communicating in Hindi. These were the remarks of Mr. Sunil Verma, Deputy Director of the Madhya Pradesh Public Relations Directorate, who was the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the Hindi Fortnight held at Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) on Tuesday.
Public Relations Department Conducts All Social Media Work in Hindi: Sunil Verma
Mr. Sunil Verma stated that the Public Relations Department conducts all its social media activities in Hindi, making the language a vital link for connection. Hindi is not only our mother tongue but also a symbol of our culture and civilization, recognized as one of the oldest and richest languages in the world.
We Want All Our Work to Be Done in Hindi: Dr. Manisha Shrivastava
Presiding over the event, Dr. Manisha Shrivastava, In-Charge Director of BMHRC, emphasized that the primary objective of celebrating Hindi Fortnight is to encourage employees to perform their official duties in Hindi. Competitions organized during the fortnight aim to support this goal. In line with the directives of the Central Government’s Department of Official Language, all institutional work is being conducted in Hindi and bilingually. BMHRC is fully committed to the development of Hindi and the implementation of the official language policy.
We Are Continuously Working for Hindi: Dr. Anurag Yadav
Dr. Anurag Yadav, In-Charge Medical Superintendent, noted that BMHRC strives to adhere to official language rules throughout the year, not just during Hindi Fortnight. Last year, proficiency training was organized to enhance employees’ Hindi skills, and this year, Hindi typing training was provided. Regular Hindi workshops are being conducted, and employees who excel in using Hindi are rewarded under the Hindi Incentive Scheme. The event was attended by Mr. Devendra Singh, Chairman of the Hindi Fortnight Organizing Committee, along with other officials, employees, and students.
