Bhopal : With the objective of connecting talent, aspirations and innovation of youth of the state with new possibilities, CM Youth Conclave-2026 will be organised by the Department of Higher Education at Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal on October 6. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will interact directly with more than 20,000 youth at the conclave.
Minister for Higher Education, Technical Education and AYUSH Shri Inder Singh Parmar inspected the venue, exhibition halls and various arrangements related to the event at Lal Parade Ground. He reviewed progress of preparations and directed that all arrangements related to the event be completed within the stipulated time, while ensuring convenience for youth and smooth conduct of the programme.
Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Shri Anupam Rajan and Commissioner, Higher Education, Shri Prabal Sipaha, along with officers of various departments and public representatives, were present on the occasion.
The conclave will have a special focus on employment, skill development, self-employment, entrepreneurship, innovation, research and emerging technologies. With the participation of experts, educational institutions, industries and emerging enterprises, youth will be informed about changing requirements and available opportunities in education and employment.
Participation of 17 Departments and Various Institutions
Seventeen government departments and various institutions will participate in the event. Higher Education, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Technical Education, Science and Technology, Labour, Public Health and Medical Education, Transport, AYUSH, Police and Cyber Security, among other departments, will familiarise youth with schemes and activities related to their respective fields. Madhya Pradesh Startup Centre and CEDMAP will present activities related to self-employment, entrepreneurship, skill development and innovation.
Possibilities to be Showcased at More Than 80 Exhibition Halls
More than 80 exhibition halls of departments, institutions, universities and emerging enterprises will be set up at the conclave. Activities related to employment, training, career, entrepreneurship, research, technology and government schemes will be displayed. Universities will make presentations on education, innovation, research, technology, entrepreneurship, career guidance and drone technology, along with subjects related to future requirements.
From Ideas to Innovation and Innovation to Entrepreneurship
Various emerging enterprises will showcase their products and innovations through the Madhya Pradesh Startup Centre. Through these innovations, youth will be able to understand the process of converting new ideas into products and enterprises. This will inspire them to establish their own enterprises and work on new ideas.
Special Focus on Emerging Technologies
Emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, drone technology, semiconductor technology, renewable energy and electric vehicles (EV) will be among the major subjects of the conclave. Youth will be introduced to education, training, research and employment opportunities in these fields.
Guidance on Diverse Subjects from Career to Cyber Security
Experts and concerned departments will provide information on subjects such as career guidance, skill development, mental health, health, AYUSH, industry and employment, science and technology, entrepreneurship and cyber security. Through the Police Department, awareness activities will also be conducted on women’s safety, cyber security, traffic awareness, community policing, public safety and youth interaction.
Cultural Performances to Add to Enthusiasm
Along with interaction and guidance, cultural performances will also be a major attraction at this festival of youth. Musical performances by renowned playback singer Shri Jubin Nautiyal and Mumbai-based Kabir Cafe will generate enthusiasm, excitement and energy at the event.

CM Youth Conclave-2026 is a comprehensive initiative to connect youth with dialogue, guidance and opportunities. The interaction of 20,000 youth with CM Dr. Yadav and activities displayed in more than 80 exhibition halls will familiarise them with the requirements of changing times, skills and new directions in careers. Providing the talent, ideas and energy of youth with the right direction and opportunities and thereby accelerating the building of a developed Madhya Pradesh is the fundamental objective of the event.
